Matchingstructuretostrategyrequiresmakingstructurecriticalactivitiesandorganizational unitsthemainbuildingblocksintheorganization.Coordinationisoneofthecriticalactivitiesin anyorganizationalstrategyimplementation.Internalorganizationofeachcompanyissomewhat peculiar,theresultofmanyorganizationaldecisionsandperformance.Thisstudywasto determinetheeffectofcoordinationonstrategyimplementationinmanufacturingfirmsin Kenya.ThetargetareaofthestudywasNakuruMunicipality.Thestudypopulationincluded15 randomlypickedmanufacturingfirmsinthemunicipalityofwhichhavebeeninexistencefor notlessthan10years,soastoadequatelydeterminethemagnitudeofstrategyimplementation.
